Thank you for visiting and shopping at Omorfi Active Skincare – we can’t wait to delight you! To make the process as smooth as your skin, the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy are outlined below.
1. Processing your Order
We’ll shoot an email confirmation to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this email as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 2 business days. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays.
But please note, we do everything within our power to get your goodies to you ASAP – this means that some orders may ship within a few hours. And conversely, if we’re in the middle of a holiday or other busy period some may take up to 5 business days.
3. Shipment Locations
3.1. Domestic Only
Omorfi Active Skincare does not ship internationally at this time. We ship domestically only to anywhere in Australia.
3.2. Shipping Restrictions
We ship to both commercial and domestic addresses. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We’re committed to getting your order to you as soon as possible, but estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed – weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order super-quickly.
- Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
- Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
- Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
5. Tracking Options
Omorfi Active Skincare aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
5.1. Domestic Only
All orders delivered within Australia automatically have tracking.
If there’s any damage to the packaging on delivery, please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (03) 5176 4123.
7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package may get lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that (more often that not!) the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Omorfi Active Skincare politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. And of course, if you haven’t located your order, please email us at email@example.com or call (03) 5176 412. When reporting missing or lost packages, please provide all relevant information including your order number.
